About our Halifax Road Vet Practice

Welcome to Halifax Road. Our surgery at Wadsley Bridge was bought from Allison and Allison in 1991.

We have full operating Theatre, Digital X-ray, In-House laboratory, and Dental Suite facilities. We also have Ultrasound facilities. We offer helpful advice and provide a professional and friendly service. The reception/waiting area offers a range of quality pet food and a range of pet care products.

Our resident vets are Dawn Helliwell, Sarah Tricklebank, Nicola Jennings, Mryshia Melleney, Natalie Hague, Emma Cousins,  Tara Marsh and Eleonore Vatin. Should you require a specific vet then please feel free to get in touch to find out their surgery times.

To make us more accessible to you we have three consulting surgeries throughout weekdays (9:00am-11:30am, 2:00pm-3:30pm and 5:00-6:30pm). We also have a morning  (9:30am-12:00pm) and afternoon (3:00pm-4:30pm) surgery on Saturdays.

We have full operating and X-ray equipment at Halifax Road which is used on a daily basis. Our X-ray is digitally operated, enabling clear and concise views of the animal. This is very important for our vets to give a full diagnosis.
