Repeat Prescriptions

Please fill in the form below and click the submit button for it to be sent to us via email. Fields that are marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields.

We ask for 48 hours’ notice for repeat prescriptions. Any items ordered on a Friday will not be ready for collection until after 2pm the following Tuesday.

We do not process repeat prescriptions over the weekend, therefore any medications or food orders will not be available until the following Monday. If there are any problems with this repeat prescription we will call you as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Prescription-only medicines (POM) are available from this practice. You may obtain Prescription Only Medicines, category V (POM Vs) from your Veterinary Surgeon or you may ask for a prescription and obtain these medicines from another Veterinary Surgeon or pharmacy. Your Veterinary Surgeon may prescribe POM Vs only for animals under their care.

A prescription may not be appropriate if your animal is an inpatient or immediate treatment is necessary. You will be informed, on request of the price of any medicine that may be prescribed for your animal.

The general policy of this practice is to re-assess an animal requiring repeat prescriptions every 3-6 months, but this may vary with individual circumstances. The standard charge for a consultation is £43.00.
